Artemis Villas are two luxurious holiday homes ideally located near the traditional village of Katastari in Zakynthos. Each villa offers complete privacy, featuring its own heated swimming pool and thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces, ensuring a stay of absolute comfort and exclusivity.
Perched in a privileged position, the villas boast breathtaking panoramic sea views stretching across Alykes and Alykanas, allowing guests to enjoy unforgettable sunsets and the tranquil beauty of the Ionian Sea. Combining modern elegance with a serene natural setting, Artemis Villas are perfectly designed to meet and exceed every guest’s expectations.
The complex consists of two similar villas that can also be hired together by bigger groups. Each villa has its private terrace and swimming pool.
INDOOR SPACES
The villa measures an impressive 235 square meters, and can sleep up to 10 guests. The villa is spread on two levels: on the ground floor, there is a tastefully decorated, open-plan living room, perfectly combined with the kitchen and the dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a furnished veranda with direct access to the swimming pool.
On the second floor, the guests will find two master bedrooms with queen-sized beds and private bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower), and two bedrooms with twin single beds (that can be combined into queen-sized ones) which share a bathroom with a shower. The guests will certainly be delighted in the accommodation offered, as luxury is combined with a wonderful view of the sea and the pool from every bedroom.
The Villa has its own private space, swimming pool, heated jacuzzi with 6 seats as well as built BBQ, and there is a dividing wall between the two Artemis Villas. Both villas can be booked by large groups (e.g. 20 persons)! Additionally, the owners manage one restaurant – the guests may arrange dinner on request with delivery service!

Every Villa has its own private space, heated swimming pool and built BBQ. For more privacy and tranquility, there is a dividing wall between the two Artemis Villas. Both villas can be booked by large groups. Additionally, the owners manage two restaurants – the guests may arrange dinner on request with delivery service!
PRIVATE POOL
The private swimming pool of Artemis Villas offers the perfect setting for relaxation and indulgence, surrounded by sun loungers, parasols, and beautifully designed outdoor spaces. With its refreshing waters and integrated hydromassage features, it invites guests to unwind while enjoying uninterrupted views of the Ionian Sea and the surrounding landscape. Complemented by an outdoor shower and a heated jacuzzi, the pool area becomes a true sanctuary of tranquility—ideal for both peaceful moments under the sun and elegant gatherings with a breathtaking backdrop.

•The pool temperature can reach up to 24°C, depending on outdoor weather conditions.
•The heating function is available during April, May, the early days of June, as well as mid-September, October and November.
•Please note that during periods of rain or lower night-time temperatures, the pool may not reach its maximum temperature.
•In case of rain or lower night-time temperatures, the pool may not reach its maximum temperature.
•A pool cover is not available.
